New apartments

Converting an old school building into 20+ two and three bedroom apartments. The school building provided extra tall ceilings which presented the opportunity to form mezzanine areas to maximise the floor space and create living space

New apartments

The mezzanine space is proposed to be used as ‘work from home’  dedicated office space set away from the main living areas – however can equally be used for games room or hobby spaces. The full height ensures light washes around the entire space
